2. Diet bina gym waste hai

3. Gym sirf body nahi, discipline bhi sikhaata hai

4. Apne progress se hi compete karo
Doosron ke body dekh ke jealous hone se achha hai apne kal se better banna. Small improvements bhi celebrate karo – chahe wo 1 kg zyada lift karna ho ya 10 minute aur treadmill chalna.

5. Rest bhi important hai
Workout ke saath proper sleep aur rest bhi lena zaroori hai. Overtraining se gains kam aur injuries zyada hoti hain.

Toh bhaiyon, gym jao – par sirf six-pack ke liye nahi, ek strong mind aur disciplined life ke liye bhi!
